   Nice reference to Xaviera … I hate to have what is apparently a sub par book compared to a Bugatti, even in the way you used it. (perhaps ‘the equivalent of a personal wish list’) God love the Bugatti. Perhaps the author is still in high school, for this appears to be the audience he is aiming towards. Peace out

   Did I use that wrong? No, don’t think so. It’s the Bugatti of wish fulfillment vehicles (didja like that double entenderee thingee?). In other words, its a big, big wish. If it were the Yugo of wish fulfillment devices, he’d be dating Sally Struthers.

   BTW, what’s with this “David” crap?

   Thanks for reading and reviewing my book. I’m sorry it wasn’t more to your liking. Obviously I don’t agree with all of your comments, but would freely admit it is not a perfect book. It was originally written for friends, and if I’d know how widely read it would become, I might have made a number of different choices. I would like to correct the following comment. “His Robot Girlfriend is a later book. It does not seem to me however that Allison learned much from his earlier efforts…” In fact only one of my books predates His Robot Girlfriend. I certainly hope that the seven books written after Robot show that I have learned and grown as a writer. If you send me an email or post through my blog, I would be happy to send you a coupon for a free ebook copy of one of my later books.    Thank you for stopping by, and for being civil. I’ve seen one or two celebrity drive-bys where they were convinced that I was personally attacking them instead of being as blunt as I could while trying to not cross a line. And thanks for the offer too. It’s been a while since I looked at your website (which incidentally is where I came up with the notion that this book was one of your later ones), but IIRC the rest of your work is fantasy or science fantasy? I’m not a fan of that, but if you have a SF work that is reflective of a more mature skill level, I’m happy to take a look. Can’t promise a review though, but if I like it it’ll eventually go up here. Thanks again.
